Many have purported that the most important parent is the mom since she spends so much more time with the children.  Not so!  BOTH parents play critical, albeit different roles.  Rather, it is point out to Dads that they need to take a more active part in the parenting process.  Research has shown, for example, that when fathers are involved in a child’s education [encouraging study and  requiring accountability, being available to answer questions, interfacing with school teachers and administrators when necessary], the child is more successful academically.  Dads should play a major role in teaching children how to have fun and enjoy life.  Dads also pass on to their children problem-solving and reasoning skills.  When two parents honor each other’s natural-intuitive gifts, the children become the winners and the next generation improves on the one.  And isn’t that the heritage we wish to past on to our grandchildren?
