The Role of Parents during the PRE-SCHOOL STAGE of Development [Ages 3-5]
Hosts: Kenneth H. Patey, Sharon Patey
For Pre-School children, this is the age of WONDERMENT. Every thing is new and exciting! This can be very frustrating because it takes time for children to do things that parents can do in a "snap." And naturally, they want to do it by THEMSELVES! During this phase, children need time and space to explore their world. A "walk in the park" often ISN'T. It can be more like a slow crawl because children will stop to examine anything that captures their attention. Learn what you can do to continue to foster creativity and self worth in the lives of your children at this stage of development.
