Shawn Thompson is in charge of hiring, recruiting, and training for a multi-million dollar company. Prior to establishing his career as a recruiting director, Shawn spent 5 years as a teacher and a successful head coach on the varsity level at one of the smallest schools in his state. Shawn started out on the ground floor and worked his way up to the corporate level. Shawn specializes in hiring, training, recruiting and teaching rookie salesman the art of selling. One of Shawn’s best skills is taking teams that are at the bottom of the barrel to making them a top tier team. He does this through courage, leadership, and determination. Shawn’s greatest goal in life is to see others succeed and rise to the cream of the crop as he did.
