LuanaTomchak is a Registered Dietitian.  She earned her Bachelor's of Science and Master's in Health Education from Idaho State University (ISU).  She also completed the Dietetic Internship through ISU.  Luana holds certification in counseling Child and Adolescent Obesity as well as Adult Weight Management from The American Dietetic Association (ADA).  She is qualified as a Certified Diabetic Educator.  Luana has been providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in medical offices for the last 12 years.  Most of her patients are dealing with health conditions such as insulin resistance, prediabetes, diabetes, high cholesterol &/or triglycerides, high blood pressure and need for weight loss. She presently works in a medical office.

Luana and her husband, Remy are natives of southeastern Idaho.  Their four children are grown; all have at least one college degree and are living in various parts of the US.   They provide their mom with four good reasons to travel every chance she gets.
