
Kristen Lamb was born in Provo, Utah, as the third of 11 children. She graduated from high school in Orem, Utah, attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and also the Jerusalem Center for Near-Eastern Studies in Israel. While in Israel, she also attended the Hebrew University. She met and married Robert Lamb in 1991. Fifteen years and 5 children later, they are still accused of being newlyweds. Kristen is involved with several Utah-based companies including Growth Climate/Test Your Relationship, Inc., and her home run interior design and home furnishings store DesignIt Boutique. She is also the Founder of The ChainBreaker Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In addition to her success in the business arena, she has succeeded on the pageant stage. She served as Mrs. Utah United States 2003. She is the Author of Instinctive Eating. Trusting her instincts is her life and her motto. "Listening to the inner self is the only way to make decisions about healthy eating, finances, relationships and business," she says.
